Taking the cover off
With the rising temperature and the parts I ordered finally here, I could make some nice strides in my preparations. I spent almost an entire day to take off, to fold and to tidy up the tarpaulin and the support frame.
I also managed to wrap up my small DIY projects, do the service on the engine, replace the anode on the prop-shaft, etc. All is ready to go in the water. I'll have other stuff to do later (mostly servicing the winches), but that can wait. I can do that once Elvira is in the water. I don't like when she's on land, it'll be much better when she's back in the water.
The cover's off, the scaffoldings remain and a massive mess on deck tooβ¦
No more scaffoldings.
A new anode ! (And a cleaned-up propeller)
The small tiller extension is ready!
